I'm using the Kabyl's moded 1103H version
http://osrom.net/files/BIOS.mod/NB/ASUS/EeePC/EeePC1000H1103_mod.by.Kabyl.zip (EeePC 1000H EeePC1000H1103)
From the list: http://osrom.net/biosmod/
My System Profiler reports of 512 KB of L2 cache —> Can you explain how to fix this please?
So now about the modifications:
eeectl (windows xp only):
1) Uninstall "Asus Super Hybrid Engine"
2) Get the latest version: http://cpp.in/dev/eeectl/
3) Extract it into C:\Program Files\eeectl4) Remplace eeectl.ini by mine: http://thireus.dareyourmind.net/eeectl.ini
5) Launch the program
6) Make sure it works great
7) Add it to the startup list
MacOS hacks:
I have followed the enik tutorial: http://www.enik.ch/2008/10/osx-leopard-1055-on-the-eee-1000h/
But some parts were not working well, so I decided to find better on the Internet.
I've installed the 10.5.6 OSX version using this tutorial:
download DSDT Patcher(http://pcwizcomputer.com/downloads/DSDTPatcherGUI_1.0.zip) and Universal OSx86 Installer
(http://pcwizcomputer.com/downloads/UInstaller_1.0.zip)
run DSDT Patcher first and then tick all thing on right hand side, next click “run DSDT Patcher”
second,Run Universal OSx86 Installer,tick “install PC_EFI v9………
then,reboot with -f -v
after that you can do software update or download the package to update
the touchpad and keyboard may be not worked after update
pls install PS2FixMouse.zip

A lot of problem occurred next, and I had to install again some kext.
I Did the DSDT hack here: http://ipis-osx.wikidot.com/forum/t-121404/various-dsdt-fix-for-1000h
I have installed a lot of kext files and hacks on MacOS you can find here: http://xsolutions.free.fr/home/ftp.html (sorry it's French)
Every modifications I did are working great using these website' archives.
I also modified the last Voodoo, but that was only because of the problem I have detailed into the thread.
THAT'S ALL :D
Yep I lost the overclocking when I boot my computer. The only way to get an overclocked mac is to reboot it from XP with eeectl running at the desired frequency.
But the main problem when I reboot from XP is that the trackpad is not working, and cause a lot of trouble if you touch it :(
