its to bad that theres no more live in here…good night ipis OS X
Maybe you could get more specific. Are you missing something?
There are lots of new postings so ipis OS X is still live :)
I think this is too silly assertion of yours, Frank Kasch. I do think the forum is very useful and is in good shape. ;)

I'm afraid you're either blind or trolling, as apart from the recent posts link above and the RSS feed previously mentioned, there has been excellent progress in just these last two weeks on getting ethernet to work at last, full sound support (microphone, headphone detection, etc), and further tweaks to DSDT's, Chameleon 2.0rc1, etc.
Lots of stuff going on around here indeed. :)
Wow, quiet a lot of quick reactions here ;-)
Hi to andif62 , zmeYpc, Diamondsw, JakeE2 & Thireus,
thanks for youre words! Your comments are the living proof that I was wrong.
It was a hastely conclusion of my post regarding the non working download of the Hotkey Enabler HERE where I saw no reaction to my post.
Things have actualy slowed down during the last weeks/months which is a normal thing, as JakeE2 says.
I like this forum very much! For me it was (and still is!) my first excellent and helpful source getting my eeePC running.
So I really apologize if my post was a bit harsh and well - incorrect ;-)
Special thanks to Thireus that he just uploaded that file again!
Frank
I agree, it may seem slow moving, but that is because there is only a small niche of people who could find this site useful. The majority of postings here are useful and have purpsoe, unlike other forums full of trolls and ignorant noobs. Also, keep in mind that a slow forum may also mean that things are working well. For example, OSX on my 1002ha is working wonderfully, so there's not much to comment about.
I'm still there, and I don't think the forum is dead…
Every day I read the new posts using a rss reader with this feed: http://ipis-osx.wikidot.com/feed/forum/posts.xml
I think this forum is a kind of wiki, where everyone speak and share about the hacks he did. So the point you are missing is that this is not because nothing is posted that the forum is dead! My eeepc version is stable, I'm still waiting for some changes, such as stereo for the mic, new DSDT hacks, overclocking, or some good programs to increase the eeepc capabilities on Mac OS. But that takes quite a long time for developers to work on it, so I respect the fact that there is no fresh new modifications everyday.
If you think that this forum should be considered as a place where every noobs just ask for help to install OS Xevery second, without reading Nik tutorials, then you are totally wrong.
It is always better to keep the main threads alive by sharing your point of view regarding what is shared in them, rather than flooding and missing the point.
So, NO this forum is not dead, and YES we must keep posting good and useful threads without flooding.

even i don't post something, I'm watching this forum.
but I think the install guide should be updated.
at least it should be marked as out of date.
Exactly, I think we need to update it or to delete it and link Nik tutorial.

Thi,
It IS my tutorial, I just copied it over from eNik.ch (which is a huge pain in the a$* because of all the formatting and the images).
Unfortunately I don't have the time to update it, so I'll mark it outdated and link to my article…
Cheers,
Nik
Yep I know that this is your tutorial and yep it's better to link your fresh new one :)

Wow, you rock guys!
He-he, I got no words to express it. So glad everyone showed up! :D Just to mention that we all have to watch closely this very important FR by alex_l and visit the forum as there is a big chance we get our proper Elantech patched kext. That would be a relief.
