I upgraded my eeepc to 10.6.5 tonight.It runs alright ,beware puting pmVersion=0 to com.apple.boot.plist before restarting, but sleep doesn't work no more even after upgrading the Sleepenabler.kext provided by kexts.com
Obviously ethernet,bluetooth no more working anymore I patched them.Here's the link for those who are interested in: http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?u5pbagi0i23w45q
I added AppleIntegrateFramebuffer and AppleIntelGM950 in it.
Nevertheless if anybody had a clue for lid sleep I'd be really grateful.

Q&A :my lid sleep problem was coming from the dsdt wich wasn't compatible with 10.6.4 simple modfication to _WAK in DSDT

can you tell me what changes need to be made? or better yet post your dsdt?

I'm using a 1000H with bios 2204.

Here is my dsdt for 4GB memory.I still have some work to do especially about fixing brightness bug after recovering from sleep.I didn't check yet if it's coming from asuskey kext.
There is also a bug when sd card inserted while initiating deep sleep ,thus can be easily be changed by using the AnyCardReader.kext provided in insanelymac forum.
But all in all it's really by far very usable.

Were you able to fix the issue with the backlight not coming back on after resume from sleep?

Yes,but what's still problematic is that brightness value is always back with it's maximum value .
The drawback is that after deep sleep I'm unable to change brightness.
