Hi there,

I have installed a larger battery, sometimes it is not recognised and my "about this mac" power tab, and battery time icon revert bact to the old (smaller) battery's stats.

This problem occurs when I power on using the battery alone (not the AC) after the EEE has been left for a while, say overnight.

The problem doesn't happen if i remove the AC cable after powering on and then run on battery.

Can I change a setting somewhere to fool the computer into recognising my new battery every time?

Webcam has been recognized as USB 2.0 Camera, but not working (black picture instead of video).
System Info:
USB 2.0 Camera
Version: 3.27
Bus power: 500
Speed: Up to 480 Mb/sec
Product id: 0x0505
Vendor id: 0x05e3
Netbook was bought with Linux installed.
Maybe need some additional kexts for webcam? I checked two archives with extra kexts for Eee PC netbooks and did't find any webcam-related kexts.

I'm not really sure if I'm suppose to post this in here or somewhere else or if anyone is even on here anymore but I have a 64gb runcore ssd form my 901 that I'm looking to sell. I've pretty much abandoned my 901 but it was running snow leopard really fast with this ssd. If anyone is interested let me know, or else I will use it as a 64gb usb drive. Thanks!
