In certain configurations it is possible that you can't get past the Setup wizard and that your Hackintosh systematically reboots (after normally after the file transfer screen).
This is a well documented problem.
Someone on the blog suggested to check that all the onboard devices are enabled in the BIOS (especially Bluetooth).
If this doesn't work, try this (found on InsanelyMac):
1) Reboot, hit F8, and enter -s
2) Enter the following commands
/sbin/fsck -fy /sbin/mount -uw / touch /var/db/.AppleSetupDone passwd root
Hit enter after the last line and then enter your password (do not as I did first enter "passwd root myPassword").
Then you can boot into OSX and log in as root.
Create another user (You shouldn't run OSX with root) and you'll have to do the whole configuration manually (regional settings, language, …).
